ABOUT BOOKING

When is the timelimit for booking?
　We try to send "Confirmation Mail" within 48 hours, if you book for the next day or on the same date, please make sure to get the "Confirmation Mail".
I need to cancel the booking, how can I?
　Please reply to "Confirmation Mail" and mention to cancel.
Almost two days since I sent booking request but no confirmation, how can I do?
　Please check your spam mail box. And please register our email address which is on the "Auto Ansewer Mail".

ABOUT AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Where is the meet point?
　Exit the airport building from the right after the Customs, you will see your driver just front of you with a name board.
Do we have other passengers?
　You might have other passengers if you book as an Airport Shuttle, it will be a share rides. If you need a private coach, please choose "Private Transfer" when you book.
Can I have a child seat?
　Yes, Please mention it when you book, in a "MEMO"space.

ABOUT PAYMENT

Can I use credit Card?
　No for the moment, there is an ATM in the airport if you need.
Is there any cancellation fee?
　No we do not take any cancellation charge, but you need to send cancellation request to us to avoid having problem for other passengers.
When do I pay the cost?
　Each ride you will pay to the driver directly.
